The only thing I care about this weekend is stuffing myself with carbs tomorrow from the time I wake up to the time I go to sleep. Been hardcore low-carb for the past 6 days, and feel like death tonight. Going out for pancakes for breakfast, definitely going to have fries with my lunch, and pizza for dinner. Plenty of sweets and bread in between...I'm giddy with anticipation.
lol...does this work for you? i have been low carb too, and am going to carb up tomorrow, with sweet potatoes, and oats...and by carb up i mean maybe hit 300g

It worked great for me last year when I cut for summer...gonna do the same thing this year. One thing, though...I use R-ALA (Glucorell R) to offset some of that carb landslide.
I feel SO FUCKING GOOD today now that I've ingested a bunch of carbs!!! I popped two chocolate cupcakes and an apple danish into my mouth as soon as I woke up. I followed that up with a bacon, mozza, lettuce, and tomato sub (w/ extra bacon), a cafe mocha from starbucks, and two pastries from a local bakery. Next was a 1/2 pound cheeseburger. I've had two cans of sugar soda during that span as well. I am heading into town now to get my french fry fix in the form of a poutine ,and will be getting pizza at the first intermission of the hockey game...which will be washed down with two beers.
What a contrast to how I felt last night after doing cardio...I was near death.
Yeah R-ALA with carb meals works great. Right now i'm cutting carbs so i take my R-ALA once in the am with 1/2C of oatmeal, then once PM with my carb shake.

my weekend plans were ruined by tweaking my back (right side of my lats)this morning.
It was a total freak accident type of thing and it happened while getting up out of my chair. pain has gone down but still pwning me hard. couldnt even walk for a few hours
