Weekend plans?

im sucking dick all weekend
 
The only thing I care about this weekend is stuffing myself with carbs tomorrow from the time I wake up to the time I go to sleep. Been hardcore low-carb for the past 6 days, and feel like death tonight. Going out for pancakes for breakfast, definitely going to have fries with my lunch, and pizza for dinner. Plenty of sweets and bread in between...I'm giddy with anticipation.
 
Diving tomorrow morning...fireworks and street fair and festival stuff tomorrow night...church sunday...maybe beach after.

lol...does this work for you? i have been low carb too, and am going to carb up tomorrow, with sweet potatoes, and oats...and by carb up i mean maybe hit 300g

It worked great for me last year when I cut for summer...gonna do the same thing this year. One thing, though...I use R-ALA (Glucorell R) to offset some of that carb landslide.
 
Yeah R-ALA with carb meals works great. Right now i'm cutting carbs so i take my R-ALA once in the am with 1/2C of oatmeal, then once PM with my carb shake.

Going to the the Masters on Sunday. We are setting are chairs up on the 16th green and walking around when theres no action. I have never been , so Im very excited. :artist:

I cant wait. Im going to buy an original painting in the club house of the 13th green . Thats the green that has all the amazing dogwoods and azaleas in bloom.
 
This morning, I'm going to stand at the window with a calendar in one hand, and scratch my head with the other, as I look at the layer of ice on the ground in Southern California on April 9 :confused:

I have no plans :(

Chris is on overnight call until tomorrow, teh boy is at his Dad's. I'm home with the kitties. My house is already clean. I can do a few loads of laundry but after that I'll be bored.
 
I feel SO FUCKING GOOD today now that I've ingested a bunch of carbs!!! I popped two chocolate cupcakes and an apple danish into my mouth as soon as I woke up. I followed that up with a bacon, mozza, lettuce, and tomato sub (w/ extra bacon), a cafe mocha from starbucks, and two pastries from a local bakery. Next was a 1/2 pound cheeseburger. I've had two cans of sugar soda during that span as well. I am heading into town now to get my french fry fix in the form of a poutine ,and will be getting pizza at the first intermission of the hockey game...which will be washed down with two beers.

What a contrast to how I felt last night after doing cardio...I was near death.

my weekend plans were ruined by tweaking my back (right side of my lats)this morning.

It was a total freak accident type of thing and it happened while getting up out of my chair. pain has gone down but still pwning me hard. couldnt even walk for a few hours
 
I'm working on stuff for my nonprofit all weekend, and maybe finding a little time tomorrow afternoon to take KFeedz to the dog beach.

I had my weekly cheat meal for lunch today. A small florentine pizza... pomodoro sauce, sun dried tomatoes, sausage, ham, basil, and mozz cheese. I topped it off with a piece of fried cheesecake and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Now it's back to clean living. Just had two low carb southwest black bean turkey burgers, a bag of brussel sprouts, and some protein pudding.

As for the weekend, I went to the gun range this morning to break in my new LCP, and I'm fishing with the old man tomorrow. Tonight I'll likely stay in and troll the internets.

why does it matter if you are cutting carbs to take R ALA?

wouldnt its benefits be experienced taking it before every carb meal? more details on R ALA?
 
every day? or only on cheat day

Cheat day only...my carbs are so low on the other days that it's not needed. R-ALA makes sure my insulin doesn't go sky-high and it makes sure the maximum amount of those carbs are stored in the muscles where they're needed, and not elsewhere.
