Week 6 Update! Check it out please ..

Hey guys.. just want to get some feedback on my 1st cycle - 6 weeks in.

I am only taking 250mg/ml Primoteston Depot [1 shot per week!]. However I am training basic and heavy, eating about 6-7 times a day. At the end of 6 weeks I am 18 HARD pounds heavier. Very little bf or water increase.

I know it's a weak/small cycle - but I believe in doing smaller cycles where I will gain 18-22 pounds and keep it rather than gaining 30-35 pounds and keeping 20 - where the rest was just water and fat.

So I would please like some feedback from the pro's if the 18 pounds are good / avg / bad gains for the amount of stuff that I am taking?

18 pounds in 6 weeks is a good result bro, should be due that's your first cycle and AS hit you really hard on your first cycle.
With your next cycle you'll need more:)
 
Bro 18 pounds with primo @ 250 mgs is extremley amazing. That is awesome. I think alot of people should consider smaller cycles liek yourself

What's your bodywieght and daily calories?
 
Thanks guys - what a boost! Now I am pumped!

I am 5'10" & was 180, 8% bf. 5 years proper|hardcore training. Just creatine & glutamine.

Now I am 198-9, 9% bf. I take in about 6-7 meals a day which all have about 40-60 grams of protein each. My cals are 3500 - 4500 daily.. varies. I am experiencing strength increases EVERY workout.. I do reps of 10,8,6,4-2 for each movement.

I'll post pics when I am done the 10 weeks ..
