Week 5 update..first cycle

I'm in week 5 of omna @ 500mg/wk for 8 wks and dbol 25mg/day for 1st 3 wks. (first cycle)

Begining: 6'2" 210 lbs

Currently: 248 lbs ( I think the scale must be fubar cause I dont look it)

taking novaldex 20mg/day just couse i'm not sure anymore.

Bench press: before 195# currently 240 for 2 reps
squat before 275# currently 365 for 2 reps

Question:

Whan To start clomid when using omnadren?

Start the clomid 3 weeks after your last injection
Day 1 300mg
Day 2-11 100mg
Day 12-21 50mg
 
1. Can I start doing cardio the week of my last injection? ( i will be taking clamubutterol (lol) during this time)

2. Is it ok to reduce calories at that time?

3. Would weight training 3 times a week and cardio 6-7 days a week be optimal for fat loss, during this time?
 
It depends what your goals are. If you start cutting right away you'll lose a good deal of that newly aqquired mass. Granted some will be water weight and bodyfat but if you start cutting calories you might start losing a little muscle. Personally I never start cutting right after a bulk cycle. I'll continue eating, keeping the calories up and lifting heavy for at least another 6 to 8 weeks even before I consider cutting up.
 
I guess I need to drop some of this weight off, cause i'm in school right now. approx. 3000km away from home. At christmass I get to go home and see my parents. If i get there and my mother sees me at 250 lbs she'll fucking know shit is up. And she's one of those media driven steroid Nazis, which means she'll fucking kill me. So i guess yes my primary goal is to loose excess fat, but I also understand that this will require loosing some of the muscle too.

Also I'm mainly interested in bringing the week points of my physique up during this cycle. Then cutting down, followed by a winstrol only cycle to get hard, vascular and some what stronger, well hopefully!

one thing at a time bro! finish your bulking cycle before you start cutting. add a little cardio, but no drastic reduction in calories. congrats on the gains! your in the big leagues now!!
 
Also I was thinking of cutting my cycle down to 6 weeks instead of 8, since if I start clomid 3 weeks after last injection that will put my clomid therapy exactly during my final exams!!! fuck I heard that clomid makes you feel like a little bitch, and school is way more important than AS right now!!!

will this affect the ability of keeping gains?

I think your weight gain is awesome, but strength gains are a bit lacking.

Previously, you were benching 92% of your weight. And right now you're benching 96%. Your next cylce should concentrate more on strength.
 
Congrats on your gains bro! I would wait until at least after clomid therapy to start dieting. At least that way your nat test levels are right around where they should be and you run less risk of losing gains post cycle. As far as being on clomid during finals you and I are in the same boat. I don't have finals to take but it is my first cycle and I'm a pissy, short tempered bitch only 2 weeks after my last shot, I don't start clomid for another week so I cant answer whether you should cut your cycle short. Whatever you decide to do DON'T brush off your clomid, whether 6 or 8 week cycle. Give us a post cycle update bro!

Clomid doesn't make you feel like a bitch.

I never had that problem with clomid. Maybe slight visual disturbance (only at night) nothin major at all really. They say it causes acne, but I dont know how people figure this when they're obviously coming off juice. I'd put my money on juice as the cause.

But what are you eating?? Being away from home at school could mean a lot crap like BK and Mc Dicks. If you eating this shit try and stay away from it and get more of the lean protein and add in a lot of vegetables and fruits.

I don't care much about strength anymore unless I'm training for football. All I care about is how I look in the mirror. And how many of the bad ass bitches check me out while I'm bouncicn at the club.
 
nice gains bro, even if you don't look like you gained that much the scale is prob fine. You should feel more fuller though, since your muscles are hydrated with lots of water, and feel tighter. I just put on 8lbs and see nothing but feel like my arms are tighter and fuller, but the size remains the same
