Week 5 and I feel no different

This is week 5 of my first cycle. Doing 250mg sust once a week, and 200mg deca once a week.

I trust my source, and based on all of the counterfeit pictures and info that I have seen, my gear is real.

I have only put on 5lbs thus far (but that could very well be cuz im pounding a pizza every other day). Pumps in the gym and strength gain seems to be "slightly" better, but it isn't the dramatic pow that I was hoping for. Visibly I look a little wider from the fron't / back profile, and my traps seem to have increased a tad.

But when the fuck am I gonna gain the 25lbs and actually "feel" like I'm on. As far as I know, I'm doing everything right training and diet wise. I'm even downing my 50g protein shakes when I have to get up at night and piss.

Any suggestions? Is my gear ever gonna fucking kick in?
 
you are doing a pretty mild dose bro...but you are only in week five.


Come back in week ten and tell me what is going on. At the dose, it won't be as dramatic. More of a gradual gain.
 
Up the sust to 500mg/week and the deca to 400mg/week and you should notice the "on" power and subsequent gains.

When you double the test per week. One amp of sust per week is a joke, just slightly above your natural productions, but enough to cause shut down.

Also if its your first cycle, I would have just ran one or the other, but since you have started it this way, leave the deca alone and just double the sust. Do the 250mg 2x per week.
 
And I forgot to say, your gains will still be gradual, its not like you wake up one day, look in the mirror and say "dang, I got huge!"

And another thing, you wont gain 25lbs on that cycle.

And another thing, obviously you are not clean bulking since you are downing the pizzas, which is ok, I use junk food when bulking too, and really its one of the few times we can get away with it, so enjoy it, just know you will have left yourself more work to do to cut up.
 
sust is a blend and has some short acting esters. therefore you need a higher dose as compared to a single ester test such as ethanate or cyp.
 
test is best -- deca is good later

test 500ew would make it happen, all you did was shut yourself down.

Why are people doing deca 1st cycle and 2 drugs? Deca is like a ferrari fun but frustrating to drive, not much good for a guy with a learner's permit. Test is the basis of an anabolic activity. Everything else is synthetic test or dht derivative. Your first anabolic should be THE anabolic.
 
I agree. The deca probably hasnt really kicked yet and will later on, so keep it the same dose or maybe raise it too 300mgs a week. The test should be increased a little. What kind of stuff you using??
 
Leave the dose the same...250 is a good dose to start off with...It is over 3 times the amount of natty test of an average 21 yr old.

I gained 14 lean pounds on my first cycle of Sust @ 250 E6D. Just stick it out and Eat a lot more clean calories. I started "feeling" the Test sometime about weeks 4 1/2 maybe 5...but hang in bro.

6ft, 198lbs, 12% body fat, 21 years old

Sust is organon Nile, and Deca is Orgonan holland

if i 2bl the sus i will only have enough for 2.5 weeks.......
 
susta and deca take a good 3-4 weeks before any noticelabe gains are seen, so dont trip.

plus your doses are very low IMO.

i'd double the susta and keep the 200mg deca.

I definately agree, first timers can grow on sust250 & with the deca , if you are eting correctly and training hard you will grow. I would also say you could bump up the deca to 400 and leave the sust@ 250 or bump the sust to 500 and leave the deca @ 200. If your body is reacting well (no sides)then tweak the doses for the balance of your cycle.
 
I'm halfway into week 4 of EQ/Deca and I'm up a couple of lbs, although the workout don't feel any different. I'm not really expecting any visible differences until week 6 or so.
 
250mgs of test is good for a newbie, but he isnt reacting well...wait another week, then weigh your options..
 
increase you clean food intake bump sus to 500 and deca at 400 and train no more than 90 min, make sure you run your cycle for 12 wks no less than that
