does anybody else feel bloated and flat when sleeping less than 6 hours a night?

its amazing what a solid nights' sleep does to me body..
i wake up energized but flat.. but after a few meals i'm hard as rock.

less than 6 hours and i'm bloated and flat all day no matter what/.//.

ya man, that happens here myself...I actually get up in the middle of the night to refeed...The bod is in overdrive

I'm the same, those 4 - 6 hour nights kill me. I find that if I get a small nap after work, I wake up feeling and looking great. Nice bulging stomach veins that were not there before I slept?

well...
when bulking, i like to train 2x per day.
an a.m workout consists of a big muscle.
and a p.m workout for a smaller muscle.

2 days on/1 off...
but i train instinctively..
so if i feel ready to pump on a scheduled off day, ill go pump.

when cutting (like now), i train once a day...
6x per week.. one day off.

workouts are short but explosive...
followed by 15-20 minutes of cardio.

1: bis/tris
2: chest, abs
3: back, calves
4: delts, calves
5: legs
