week 4 - good but not outstanding gains

ok , week 4 of my cycle now

I am doing winny ( 50 mg EOD ) , EQ ( 300 mg / week ) and HGH 2 IU EOD .


taking xenadrine and using yohimburn .


I started my cycle like this :

weight - 215 lbs
bf % - 13,5 %


and now , week 4 :

weight - 211 lbs
BF % - 10 %

I gained 4,5 lbs of muscle mass and lost 3,5 % of bodyfat .


my goals are : for the end of my cycle ( week 8 ) :

weight - 209 lbs
bf % - 4 %


I am starting to think that I will have to bump the EQ dose for me to reach my goals ....

I still need to add 8,8 lbs of muscle mass and lose 11 lbs of FAT !

the fat loss I think I got covered , but 8,8 lbs of muscle mass....I am not sure ...

what do you guys think ????

my diet is pretty good , I eat 6 clean meals a day ,my diet is high protein , moderate carbs and low fat ....I still need to add some EFAs to my diet , I will get the flax oil .


I am using humatrope .

Hey man, don't be upset, those are good gains for what you're trying to accomplish. Question for you though...(no flame intended here).--- Is it realistic to try and get to 4% bf? Do you know how ripped 4% is? If that realy is your goal, I hope you get there.

I think your gains are respectable, personally I would bump everything,

I would take the whinny ed

Up the growth to 4iu 5 times a week and take

600mg of eq per week.

I for one hope it is possible. I'm at about 9% and am not at all happy with the look....I can see a couple abs when I flex but that's about it. It requires a pretty extreme diet for most folks. I suspect I'll have to virtually eliminate carbs to attain/maintain that (along with tons of cardio). It's worth a try. :)

yeah bro, the gains are not that bad ...but I think it could be better ....I broke with my girl and now I am going to clubs at night and sometimes I end up drinking a lil bit ...I know it is stupid but sometimes I do it ...Well , about the 4 % bodyfat , yes man it is necessary for me cause ALL of my friggin fat accumulates in the abs ( and some in the chest ) , so to get ripped abs I will have to be at 4 % bf , I have 10 % right now and everything ripped but the abs and chest . So , ripped abs for me = 4 % , anything higher than this , and I am stuck with a layer of fat covering my abs .....

Why not try some Yohimburn in those problem areas? From what I've heard, with your already low bf %, using that product in those stubborn areas could work wonders.

I still think you should take two shot of sust per week. It doesn't retain too much water and will help to gain mass, and it's cheap here...
do cardio in the morning without meal...
maybe some fina...hehe
you will reach...

2ius of gh eod is a waste of time and money-you need to do atleast 4ius ed on the 5/2 save what you have until you can do a respectable dose

the winny needs to be atleast 50mg ed

throw in fina at 75mg ed

last but not least cardio cardio cardio


protein hi carb low that goes without saying-water 2 gallons a day

it will be almost impossible to get to 4% and gain 8lbs of muscle-but if you can do it more power to you-

for size gains and lower body fat to muscle ratios=GH YES

shredded GH=NO NO NO!!!

your bf loss is without a doubt attributed to the winny eq,xenadrine and your diet and cardio not the gh

gh is not a quick fat loss drug

it will alter your body comp but over extended periods of use

extended EXPENSIVE periods of use

if any one tells you they did a 8 week cycle of growth and significantly altered their bf % they are full of it

it takes atleast 3 months before you even start to see results

any mods jump in and lets discuss
