Week 3 update..

Hey bro´s..

I´m in the end of week 3, doing 250 mg sust, every 4´day..
I started a cycle some weeks ago 250 mg sust every 4´day/25 mg d-bol-day/300 mg Primo-week and this cycle gave me pretty good strenght.. I had to stop the cycle after 3 weeks (long story, to old gear.....), so i lost alot of it again.. Then i started the sust cycle, i have gained about 9 lbs. in 3 weeks but i haven´t seen any dramatic strenght gains.. Should i just have some patience?? How much do you guy´s go up in bench with a sust only cycle??
I have thinked about some winny, 50 mg´s/eod the last 5 weeks, cause i have had very good results with it..

It's not the susts job to make you stronger. It's soley up to you. Genetics have a great deal to do with streinght as does the way you train. Some people can go through an entire cycle, gain 20 pounds, and only marginaly increase thier strength. If you want to get stronger you have to trainto get stronger. HEAVY weights woth low reps. Tripples, doubles and singles with near your 100%max. You won't go from squating 405x10 to 495x10 over night. You have to progressively add weight to train your body to handle the loads. If you're looking for strenght gains then you have to sacrifice size gains. If you're training for size then numbers are irrelevent and the weights are only a means to an end...a better physique, not the end themselves as it is so in power lifting.
 
Thanks.. I train with heavy weight, 3-4 sets/ max 6-8 reps.. Eat about 240-270 gr. proteins pr. day.. Maybe i should just have some patience.. It´s just because i´ve read some post where the user went 70 lbs. up in 7 weeks with sust...
 
I know how you fee bro, i felt kinda similar to you but this was because it was my first cycle and wasnt too sure what to expect, research or no research.
What are your goals? Size or strength... Im on the same cycle as you and my strength has risen a little and my size a lot, which is what i was hoping. If your soley after strength perhaps this was the wrong cycle for you, i hear strength gains on var can be incredible.

Cant see what difference it makes, as long as your getting bigger. That is your goal isnt it?
:mad: Go get some implants if thats your all you want. I swear, some people would settle for below average strength if they could just look big. Fuck that.
