I took a few hits the other day before a workout and an hour later i hit the weights.. Didn't want to lift at first but after my warm up sets I was all good.. And during my regular sets I felt like I was concentrating much better on my movements or something (anybody else ever did this?).. It was pretty cool.. Not something I would do everyday but I might try that again.. I love to take a few hits after a workout.. Helps me relax and eat well..
I have actually used it to lose some lbs before. Years ago when I was overwieght and hungry... I would hit some up and I would totally forget I was hungry. I lost 30 lbs that summer.
I haven't touched the stuff in years...
