getting closer to those pre-injury numbers - only 30 pounds to go

Bench ( PL style )

Wide Grip Pullups ( bodyweight )

2x6
1x5

Dips ( weighted dips are now mandatory )

bodyweight 3x8 easy reps ( just 3 months ago i could barely do 1 set of 8 reps )

the back is feeling good, i will have time today to see the sports med people and have them do an eval on me, hopeully its just something stupid and they help me rehab it, no sitting cause weight testing is in 2 weeks.
