what's better frontpage 2002, dreamweaver, go live or feeway? i'm not patient enough to learn html, but want to create a good looking site. are there any other options which would be even better?

Pay someone or learn html and do it yourself. You'd have to be utterly retarded if you couldn't learn the basics of html in under two hours.

I think even the most advanced page designed use web design programs. They save time and allow you to work on the page while get an idea of what it looks like. However it is better to know at least some HTML basics.

If you are gonna be lazy you should use frontpage. It's the easiest to figure out, but it's limited. You won't be able to make the best possible page with it but you can make a good one.

go for DreamWeaver. Its fairly simple to learn, and once you start getting more advanced, it will be able to support all the cool features that you'll eventually want to add into your site...
