Wearing Under Amour shirts to the gym

I'm more suprsied that people recommnend wear UA outside on a day out with their GF, than in the gym. Thats just plain madness!

Personally, i cant even wear a fitted t-shirt in the gym. It has to be baggy. I blame it on my upbringing, my parents always drilled it my head not to be a show-off.

I've never worn UA in the gym but I wear the loose kind when I'm just hanging out. It's comfortable.

I have one UA shirt that is the tight kind without any sleeves. I only used it as an under shirt for sports. I would never wear one of those things by itself. That is gay.

I wear a corona shirt, parachute pants, fanny pack, and topsider shoes without socks...really compliments my mullet hair do.

I wear a wife beater, flowered board shorts and vans. After I lift I go to the pool and lay out and swim for a little bit. An hour or so after my PWO shake I order up a Californina Chicken Sandwhich at the poolside cafe and chill. My gym is like a resort so you never want to leave.

I wear under armour when I run, or do some other form of exercise. Shit I might even wear it to go out some time, but not to the gym. I dnt like sticky in the gym very much...lol

I wear either a wife beater, a sleeveless shirt, or a tank top.

Geez, you guys are way behind. Under Armour is totally mainstream now and, in fact, the company refused to let some underwear retailer sell it because they thought it was "too gay." The NY Times just ran an article about it:

What I find weird is how homoerotic their own advertising, especially the "Protect this house ads," are, anyway.

i couldn't wear tight clothes to the gym. maybe if you were running outside or some shit but its not meant to go lifting in.

I wear them as underwear, as they do the same cooling job as they would if you wore them as outerwear. Under a motocross jersey, they're the only choice! As far as wearing them to work out in, I don't know if gay guys wear UA shirts, and I wouldn't care if something made me look gay or not... But I might think its kind of showoff-ish to wear a UA tight shirt in public or at the gym, and nobody likes a showoff. I wear loose tanks or cutoff shirts for workouts because it's the most comfortable, and I hate T-shirts that rub my armpits while lifting.
