is there any generally accepted way to fix a weak body part?
meaning - dullboy has a tough time doing dumbell presses because the left side is about 25% weaker than the right side.
it's freaking weird. i can press 130lbs on my right side 8 times, but i can't do 100lbs on the left side more than 2 or 3 times.
starting to think it's not really a strength issue as much as sort of body mechanics issue. any ideas?
