female humans are born with eggs already in them, so in theory if u have a super semen, it can live in there untill the eggs are ready to be fertelized.

actually before the baby is even BORN the female has all of the eggs she will half for the remainder of her life. They are INACTIVE, however, until her first menstrual period. So NO you cannot impregnate an unborn child

umm yes it does...if they are inactive it means the female is not releasing the egg from the ovary to travel through the fallopian tubes etc. to implant on the uterus wall. - as much sperm as you can make can go to the ovaries where all of that young female's eggs are but nothing will happen because the sperm cannot penetrate the ovaries' walls. They can only create a zygote when the ovaries release an egg and a sperm penetrated the EGG's walls in the fallopian tubes or uterus (most common places)
