We need more threads about onions.

I really enjoy bermuda and vidalia onions, however, when my Grump cooks for me I prefer he use shallots and leeks. So much more delicate flavor.
 
Onion Routers rule.

Search that in google. Delicous Onion Routing networks. Hmmmm.. security. I can taste it.
 
onions go in almost everything. Can't make a good soup without a mirapoix. lol.

take a vidiala onion and carve a pit in the middle (making a mini bowl)

Put 1/2 table spoon of butter and 1/2 a beef bullion cube inside the bowl

Put on a cookie sheet.

Put in the oven at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until it begins to brown

Take it out of the oven and eat it.

Awesome.
