Ok guys, heres the deal. I had to call in sick to work today and am having a real problem with my left quad. I did a stick 2 days ago and it is causing problems. My boss at work even asked me about it because it got in the way of me being my best at work. My job is rather physical at times and I didn't perfrom very well yesterday because my leg is SUPER sore and I can barely bend it let alone even jog on it. I was told if I can't perform my job I need to go to the dr. or call in sick. So thats what I did; I called in sick. I did that also because I woke up at about 3 to take piss and I could literally bend my leg about 2 inches and that is it and can barely stand on it. For the past 3 hours I have been trying to use icy hot, heating pads, and have taken 400 mgs of advil and not even made a dent in the pain. It is not hot to the touch, no red rash, but I do feel a semi hard spot underneath. I did this stick the same as my others with NO problem and until the stick before this one (which did somewhat the same thing but not as painful) were literally painless, so I don't know if maybe I didn't go as deep as I usually have and just didn't notice it or what? If I can't get this better I have to be honest in saying I am going to stop the cycle. I LOVE the results of gear, but not at the sacrafice of my livelyhood and in my line of work I can't risk getting questions and raising eyebrows if you catch my drift. Yes yes I know, just shoot it in your ass wayne! Well, my next stick is not my concern, its dealing with the previous one at this point so don't tell me what I should of done if you don't mind, just help me get this taken care of if thats possible. While I have learned advil and ibuprofen can mess with protein synthesis, I am to the point where I don't care and will take about 1000 mgs to get any relief or something even stronger. My regular leg day is friday and I could barely walk on the treadmill yesterday after a just a few mintues I quit. I feel I would be wasting my gear to have to constantly work around this type of problem, especially with my leg workouts, so thank you and karma in advance for anyone that can help me out here.
