I have been working out my whole life...on and off. I returned to it about two months ago and have been making some nice gains...but my problem is and always has been that my left pec is a lot bigger than my right one. How can I even this out? grrrrrrrrrrr.

You could try replacing the barbell with dumbells for a while ( i.e 12 weeks) and see if your right pec starts to catch up.

Like Aussiedamo said, try dumbbells. Also try flyes, and you could use a machine like the pec-deck to isolate your lazy pec and give it some more work than the strong one. :bigbuck:

Agreed, isolate and work harder, but they will eventually come into line anyway, your body will restore natural balance over time, i had the same problem.
