Waxy Maize durring and PWO

I did a search first, and from what I saw most people are using WM strictly as post workout.

I'm thinking of doing 30g to sip on while working out and then an additional 30g post work out.

Any reason why I wouldn't want to use this during my workout with some BCAA's?
 
i'd think you would want a mixture of more evenly absorbed carbohydrates during w/o

i take waxy maize for pwo only
 
sipping on glutamine/bcaa's is ok but u dont want an insulin spike until pwo when your muscles are most insulin sensitive.
 
You'd fart lots if you had it during your workout... Hard to get spots when you're squatting... Save it for after.

i take around 70g now during/after my workout with glutamine in it...no problems so far...i start it about 30-40 min into working out for a typical workout of 75 min or so
