Waterbury - Competitive Bodybuilders

Hi, I'm new here. I'm a competitive bodybuilder and have a question for anyone who competes. Have any of you ever used Chad Waterbury to assist you in an off season mode? If so, what were the results? I realize there's a lot of 5x5 threads here so hopefully I won't get my head chewed off. I'm thinking of using his services but would like to know if anyone else has.

Great board here.

I can't help much (OK at all) but I'd just like to state that I'm thrilled to see a BB looking into someone such as Waterbury, who really seems to know his stuff. Anything to get away from the "1 bodypart per workout per week" dogma and actually focus on improving strength to gain size is a step in the right direction IMHO.

Thanks, Guinness. I made my best gains when I adopted "unorthodox" approaches. It's amazing the crap we've been fed over the years. I stopped the 1 body part per week stuff 3 years ago and have made my best gains ever. A lot of people tell me I look like I've gained 30 pounds of muscle on stage. The change has been profound. I really appreciate your comments.

I just want to HEAVILY back up what Guinness5.0 said. It's good to see you consider Waterbury and his training methodologies, and it's even better to see that you've had great experiences switching from the "old ways".

GREAT luck to you, and keep us updated!
