do you guys drink lots of water before you work out or while working out or both?

I was just wondering wats best to do
 
i drink lots all day long, not specifically a certain amount right b4. i drink about 48oz during workouts.
 
I drink 16oz. bottled water so I can keep track of my intake. I drink it first thing in the morning, during workouts, after, all day long, until I hit 1 gallon.
I have abottle of water with me pretty much all day.

for whatever reason--i hate drinking water in the morning--

i miss poland springs water--avail all place east of chicago. tired to order it via amazon but they would not ship it---
 
I drink about a gallon and a half a day. The guys I work with make fun of me cuz I walk around with gallon of water all day. And I drink a shitload during my workouts, after almost every set

Get a Brita and make your own.
I have to force water down, so as you can imagine you Bro's would flame me if you new how little i drank ! ( 1/4 to 1/2 gallon !) Water in all my shakes though !
