I drink 16oz. bottled water so I can keep track of my intake. I drink it first thing in the morning, during workouts, after, all day long, until I hit 1 gallon.

I drink about a gallon and a half a day. The guys I work with make fun of me cuz I walk around with gallon of water all day. And I drink a shitload during my workouts, after almost every set
I have to force water down, so as you can imagine you Bro's would flame me if you new how little i drank ! ( 1/4 to 1/2 gallon !) Water in all my shakes though !
