Another issue I am having trouble finding details on. I know its important to get LOTS of water in during a cycle but what really is a lot? I have a shitty time drinkin all the water for the creatine cause my body pisses it out by the time the glass is empty. Oh well. If I need to drink a lot thats what ill do. But on average how much water do you drink daily? Would it matter what gear you where on?
