Just wondered is there anything other than the usual anti e's that is efective in combating water ret. Things you can buy over the counter.

The problem with those is they are just dieuretics...They won't help for estrogen related water retention(if that is what he is interested in combatting)...for that you need an aromatose inhibitor...
