Are there any GOOD over the counter pills I can buy to help me with my Water Retention?

If so where could I find them?

Aquaban but I don't know if it is still around and if it is, it's not as good as other non-over the counter options. I use proviron for multiple reasons including water retention.

Aquaban are in foil templates that come in a box of 20 tabs for $7.99. I don't know how many you would have to take though.
