since creatine holds water would it make you hold water in the face and make your face all puffy looking like test or deca?

It would make you hold a little water but nothing compared to test. Most of the time it is not noticeable.

I agree. A little water retention, but you won't get "moonface."

i agree in that does it make you hold water but not like everyone thinks. u see creatine increases water cell voluminzation within the muscle which basically means it will store water within the muscle but not between the muscle and the skin which is water retension which gives that puffy appearance.

depends on what you take it with, dextrose and creatine will bloat, goes without saying dont use cell tech
