Water intake

How much water should you be taking in if you're trying to bulk up? What if you are boxing or wrestling? Should you be drinking more water if you're doing alot of cardio?
 
at least 1 gallon of water on top of any other liquids

You should keep your body hydrated regardless what type of training your doing. A normal sedentary person should drink a gallon a day. An athelete requires much more.
