Water holding around mid section.

It's definitely not the steak thats making you bloat if it is bloat. It would be the potatoes.

Try picking up an OTC diuretic like Xpel and see if it helps. If it does, then adjust the diet.

i agree but i have a feeling its not water... either way, steak is not an optimal food choice on a cut... thats why i brought it up

I told him to take an OTC diuretic... one that a trainer who trains national level competitors to take. This addresses that issue.

The only carbs i am now eating is oats. I'll see how this goes, did some cardio today and seem to be a tad tighter. i also introduced green tea today as well.

Recently I dropped all gluten and I've gotten leaner/look less bloated by switching to rice instead.

Could be worth a try for a week

you sure its water and not a little fat???... with winny that high you should be dry.

I agree with this post and it could be his "cortisol" levels are high. When cortisol is high it goes right to the midsection.

Yeah but hard to make stress go away especially if on a strict diet. I stay pissed off when I am hungry

diuretics are good before a comp or photo's etc. but for daily use i wouldn't use a diuretic, they will de-hydrate the shit out of you. not what you want during the summer

if the OP was desperate before his comp and needed something instant i would recommend a diuretic.

tea is a much more healthy option to use daily.
