thnx the fist pic was dec of 2000 and i started working out and lifting again (havent't lifted since college) in feb 2001 on feb 2nd i weighted in at 362 lbs today i weighed in at 297. from feb2 01 - june 19 01

I know where you are comming from,
When I was 14 my weight was 355lbs, and in 11months I reduced it to 194.

I was depressed once, but I look at myself and realized what I did was great, as a challenged and accomplishement and it kicked me in the ass:destroy: for more.

Man just look at your pic, if that is not an accomplishment that can motivate a man,
maybe you hit a plateau, just review your training.

Ya be fine,

keep up the work you have a big foundation now, lower your bodyfat and build later on it
:doublefi:

Good job brother!!

When you trim down some more, you are going to be one enormous mofo!!!! I wouldn't want to mess with you!!!

Exale! it looks like you took in a huge gulp

Nice progress though, I wish I had some old progress picks, thats gotta be some seriously motivation seeing all the good work you've done.

nice job bro

thnx guys hey have a question what about this meal

low fat lite youplait strawberry yougurt about 8 oz turckey breast and salad with low fat no sugar added dressing ?

Great progress, I can see one true fact, YOU WORKED HARD...keep up the good work (you actually look better then a lot of these "bodybuilders" I know that are on their bulking cycle)

The meal you asked about:
low fat lite youplait strawberry yougurt about 8 oz turckey breast and salad with low fat no sugar added dressing

I would recommend replacing the yougurt with some LOW GI carb like: brown-rice, yam, sweet potato, (beans if you like them) or some oatmeal. This will surely aid your goals.

Mr.X

BBD - Excellent progress!

You've done some amazing work! Definitely be very proud! I've got a family member who is 6', well over 350 lb, has had high blood pressure since his teens (his mid 30's now), very low self-esteem and we always worry that he won't live to see 40. I wish I could show him what you've done in 6 months! Truly inspirational.

Keep kicking butt!

Fucking great job man! Keep it up and you should feel bad for being depressed. With the weight your losing you're probably weel on you way to extending you rlife by like 20 years. That's impressive in my book.

thnx guys i am realy jacked again i was depresed until i saw all these post and stuff i am ready to roll again thnx for the lift guys !!! sassy contact me anything i can do to help your family memebr please let me know

Take off the shirt man, the shirt will always look the same, what's underneath wont. Don't be embarrassed. Use the shots to show people how mentally disciplined you are when you're a rocck solid 7% bodyfat.

lookin good

Lookin great man. Keep up the hard work. No pain no gain. Don't be down about not lookin cut up or anything, think about how much better you'll feel when you reach your goal. Good luck!!

cozmo- take that damn pic outta your sig.

And bigbusdriver, man, your progress has been incredible. That's one of the most amazing things I've ever seen. Keep at it, man. You'll be where you want to be in no time.

Congrats man! Keep up the great work. I'm going to show these pics to my brother. He's 5 foot 11 and around 260 and not athletic. He has some monstrous calves though, lol.

One thing that would be nice is to keep most of that muscle when your bodyfat keeps dropping even more. You'll look incredible!

you can tell bbd is one big mofo underneath that shit.
if i were you i'd be motivated as FUCK not depressed after those results!!!

Good work but BFL only calls for 20 minutes of cardio. You should try to slowly increase to 40-45 mins. You see results quicker. Its boring but worth it in the long run.
Good Luck:)

bigbusdriver

Wow..............congrats to you !!!
It takes a lot of hard work and dedication, and that's what you have.......amazing transformation........dont quit:)
You look great, you have some muscle mass on you......have you ever thought of WWF????

this pic is from today the last two after pics where from about 5 weks ago, i have started supersetting my entire routine similar to bfl style and doing 40 min of eliptical

oh and thanks nat wwf???? hmmm would kinda be cool

Looking great man, that's some serious progress. If anything you should be running through the streets cheering, not being depressed.

Definately a great inspiration

I also agree with the guy who said to take the shirt off. That way you can see what's what and then it will accomplish two things:

A) Motivation - When you are feeling like not working out or feeling lazy you can look at it

B) Inspiration - To see how far you have come and that you can and will reach your fitness goal

I think it's amazing what you have done. You have succeeded where other's have only dream or thought about doing. You have got there through you continual effort and dedication. Keep it up dude you get high fives and respect from me!!! :twirl:

damm , depressed!? hell no!!! man you are an inspiration.....you should get yourself a website and talk about your progress, call it bigbusdriver.com so you can reach people, man I would be totally stoked if I were you!!!!!

Awesome!

My dad weighs about as much as you in the 5 month picture. It's been like a year he has been "trying" to lose weight and he's lost about 10lbs! At this rate it will take him 6 years to accomplish what you have done! Keep up the great work! Don't be depressed, I can see a HUGE improvement from the 5-month pic to your recent one. :)

I see nothing but progress and motivation coming from you my friend. Seeing the changes you've made in yourself makes me want to go that much harder.

GREAT WORK Man!

I know what you mean, I lost 80 lbs but it took me 3 years to do it.

You have NOTHING to be depressed about. Everyone goes through a plateau or 2 or 3. Just keep hacking away at it and change your routine up every 6 weeks or so.

What you do now will help you immensely in 4-5 years healthwise.

Once again, MAJOR MAJOR props to you.

Very Motivational!

BUS, I have had 4 surgeries in the last year and a half due to injuries sustained from football. I used to be in great shape but since I've been going through PT and different surgeries I have gained weight, and lost motivation to take it off and become the athlete I once was. Seeing your progress has givin me a kick in the ass to get back in the gym and start eating right again. THANX BUS!!! Can you give me some idea of your nutrition program and did you do a cycle at any time during your transformation?

Hey, hey, hey Mr Busdriver!!!

You look truly excellent, and you know that you will be once big mutha once you progress, you are an inspiration.

Never be down, always look up at the stars, somehow we gotta get there.

Sheena xxx:)

thanks man.

basicly this is what i did
i went from only eating 2-3 times a day of hudge servingsa of trash to 6 smaler meals
dailey values are
300 grmas pro
75-150 grams of carbs
and about 25-30 grams of fat
and around 1600-2000 cal a day
chinken breast, tuna fish and red meat
i need to add more veggies and be more consitant with my efas
i am mow using stacker 2 and am consindering a cycle of clen/t3
no juice
basicly for me it was just cut out the junk food and soft drinks.
don't eat 5 servings of fruitloops at 10:00 at nite
and start cardio 40 min a day 7 days a week
my lifting routine when i first started was right out of the arnold encylopedia chest/back blah blah blah
i started doing my lifting bfl style not working worth a shit for me. i am gonna go back to to my older split and medium weight medium rep high set workouts
for instance
monday
back & bi
deadlifts 1x12 2x10 3x8 4x6 5x10
lat pull downs
cable rows
barbell curls
incline curls
tues
chest tri
flat bench press
inlcine bench press
machine fly

overhead tri ext
wends off
thrus

donkey calf raise
friday
shoulders traps
seated d.b. press
lat d.b. raise reverse fly
barbell shrug
d.b. shurg
machine shurg

cardio every day 40 min tredmeill and eliptical except leg day.
than the folowing week i will do barbell rows or t bar rows for back insted of deadlift and do heavy squats for legs insted of leg presses
i rarely do the exact same workout every week but it is always that spilt and simalr motions i just change excersizes for instance in sted of d.b. lat raise i will do machine lat raises the next week or machine overhead press insted of d.b. presses

not so much on clen/t3 my friend

I did 6 weeks on the stuff and only lost 1-2 lbs. I have some yet but refuse to use it as it made me feel like shit! Many here have seen great results, but not me. My advise is to stay away from it it's not worth it. I know of another who also took it and got zero results. I'm not saying it's terrible or anything, but the risk/reward doesn't seem to be there. I had a complete blood work done before hand and I expected some great results as i was low on TSH anyway. I'm no expert, just givin ya a real world experience. P.S. I was 75 lbs overweight at the time.

An inspiration to us all, keep up the great work and keep posting the pics every few months so all EF members can keep motivated.
