I was that guy today everyone, you know, the guy on Mondays who does chest and bis. I am sorry and going to apologize right now for letting down my family and friends :bawling: . I just couldn't help it, my schedule says after back/traps day I do chest/bis :( . I swear I didn't mean it and I will try for it not to happen again, but to make up for it I brought the chains and busted my ass in the gym ;) .

Incline Bench 5x5 with 215 with 34lbs of chains added. Solid touches at chest for .5sec. These felt great, nice to Incline again.

Flat Bench 3x8 with 205+34lbs of chains, touch and go style no bounce, god damn my tris were fryed on this one :mad: . Guess I know were my weak point is

Dips 2x12 with bodyweight, try to keep stress on pecs since tris were fryed, full ROM, crazy muscle fatigue:spin: but I felt pretty fresh.

Push-ups from ground to 12" box 2x5 . Straight one way push to launch me up above 12" these just f*cking hurt. :redhot: (whoever mention them should be shot, Hammer that means you)

Drops from 12" to 90 degree arm postion, 2x5. these sucked too :kaioken: god damn it hammer!!!

Barbell Curl :rolleyes: 3x8 with 65, slow and smooth,

Hammer curls 2x8 with 50's, who care it is just bis :angel:

Workout took me exactly 45minutes, feel really good and not really tired. Tomorrow I am gonna be sore I can tell :bawling:

t3c-yeah I felt like uses a lot of smileys, I had a horrible feeling being that guy so I had to work really hard to keep my mind off of it.

King_79- it was really easy for some reason on conditioning , the weight is still light for me, but the hard part is to get use to the chains swaying from unracking the bar

Hammer-Swaining had commenced at full capacity

i was just fucking with you of course...you shouldnt feel bad though

obviously something is working...just because you dont lift like everyone else doesnt mean you should feel bad.

your pressing workouts are obviously clicking if you can viking press 225x19 reps

I like your chest routine, I should try it, but I would suggest doing a lot more work on biceps. Mine stopped growing until I doubled the volume on them.

To be honest I hate bis, The only excercise I really like for them is Zercher holds lol. I might add some more but they seem to grow by doing Cleans, snatches and heavy rows, deadlifts and farmers. Guess I'm lucky that way...
 
nice job bro, what size chains do you use, i know its been posted before but i dont know where. I want to get cahins and bands for this winter.

i was hurting after lax practice, ate a big meal and sat on the couch for a while with my lifting buddy just listening to eminem to get the lifting fire burning

we rolled up to the college gym and it was packed !
a rainy night all the benchers and curlers roll up
although there was a few big boys there who i do give props too, mostly rugby team thugs who bust their asses too

i love the college gym, you can always get a great workout

we started off with dips , and ended up cranking out some sets with a 25 hanging , making my buddy scream ' get some , like it and ask for more !' at me on my request

its great how the mind can make the muscles keep going when you want to fail, especially when you know the curlers are watching out of the corners of their eye

the intensity realy cranked up with some pullups, standing db presses and db shrugs with the hundies, which are getting too fucking easy anyways !

anyways college lifting is great, the intensity of the serious dudes bounces off each other and makes for great workouts

only let down was the swim team had taken over open swim, which is fucked up cuz theyre like an army in there, so i could have the usual post lift swim but o well there is plenty more EZmac and tuna to down

good work bro keep it madman and don't be ashamed to curl, everyones doing it !
 
Yes, but did you do bi's in the power cage?


To truly be "That guy", one must do curls in the power cage. It's the rule.

gman lax, im from king's college, MAC conference D3, where do you play. Im close D right now but moving to shorty later this year. I couldnt get to the gym today, had a late practice and gym closed.

I think I got 12 or so feet of 3/8" and then some clip, you know the ones for rock climbing. and about 12 ft of rope


gmanlax7-yeah that kind of motivation use to bring my intensity through the roof on leg day:)
