warmup/cooling down for legs

What do you do as a warm up/cooling down for legs?

I warm up by doing 10 min on eliptical bike and cooling down on stationary bike for 5 min...

I also do one light warm up set as a warm up.
 
in this order

ankle rotations, then leg kneeups and gentle kicks
hip swings
bodyweight squats holding onto power rack
then goodmornings with 25lbs
then deadlift clean and press with 25lbs
then hang cleans - 25lbs
then hang cleangrip snatches - 25lbs
overhead squats - 25lbs

then some gentle jumps and I'm ready to rock da house! :)


for cool down

I do a few sets of 10 of bodyweight reverse hypers
