no one is gonna teach you about all this stuff in 1 post. it would take days or weeks even to teach you.
you have to research yourself and learn. like what was said above read the stickies, they are very informative. its like looking up what kind of car to buy, you can't just walk into a dealership and tell them i have never driven a car before and know nothing about cars so can you help me? the dealer will not be able to do anything for you.
after you do your homework then come back and ask more specific questions if you are still confused.
