At worst use thermorexin from the AF store, and tune your diet! Thats all you need right now.

don't start getting into gear until you've studied up and lifted until you reached your natural genetic potential (could be a few years of intense training)

Get yourself onto a decent three-day a week whole-body routine along with cardio on the other days. See how you feel in two or three months when it might be time to think about some kind of split workout.

If you're working hard on the weights and cardio you should find a huge chunk of that 30% just melting away.

listen to what everyone is telling you. get in the gym, and fix your diet. just taking some clen, isn't going to make you leaner.

Don't bother with any supplements right now. Waste of your money. Work on form, first and foremost. Make sure you understand how to perform the exercises correctly. Start eating healthy. Use oatmeal, brown rice, lean ground beef, steak, chicken cutlets, an assortment of veggies (I highly recommend spinach due to the nutrient density), 1-2% milk, whole wheat (potato) bread, all natural peanut butter, natural fruit spreads (no jelly), check the ingredients and try to avoid "High Fructose Corn Syrup" in any of the foods you eat.

Aside from that, drink plenty of water, don't sweat the small stuff (as in, don't measure yourself daily and expect to see gains - give it TIME), and get on a good training program. Don't work a bodypart once a week. Try to read up on the Dual Factor Training Theory that Madcow is such an advocate of.
