actually i am doing cardio, i do 30 mins of cardio daily on an empty stomach first thing in the morning (i have been doing this for about 2 months now). My diet is pretty clean, but I could tweak it some more. I dont eat junk and i never smoke or drink. So I guess its the diet, either that or i just have to be more patient and see what happens in the next few weeks...thanks for all the help guys.
