C'mon, the dude has enough intelligence to obtain the raw materials and then injects into his sphincter muscle? I just have serious difficulty believing someone who's grown up in N. America hasn't had a glute shot from the doc ...

Well,the tissue would burn like crazy, and it would not be able to handle more than .5cc for its size. That tissue as well has a difficult time healing and it would feel like hemmeroids from hell because he just basically created an abcess for sure.
