want a cycle for STRENGTH not MASS

I currently weigh 249 and want to get stronger, not bigger. Would a low dose of test with halotesting be worthwhile? When im talking low i mean roughly 300mg a week. I have seen people running things like tren and halo without test, which i know is an unpopular option. What are your guys thoughts and opinions on this

test prop and halo should do the trick. Maybe a little tren too. Like this:

Prop 350 mg ew
tren ace 350 mg ew
halo 40 mg ed
 
i powerlift in the 148 weight class and have no desire to get bigger, i have a VERY small frame and look big enough and when i gain more weight it hurts my athleticism too much/ cardio...
to get stronger without getting bigger i only eat enough protein for maintenance, but eat a shitload of carbs... i just make sure i use them so i dont get fat...
currently im running:
test p 350wk
tren a 350wk
mast p 350wk
before a heavy lifting day i may or may not take 25mg dbol...
depending on your cycle history this is a good stack for me... but if it is your 1st cycle, test @300 WILL WORK...
i would like to try halo in place of dbol next time... but im scared it wont be worth the extra cash...
 
Stop doing hypertrophy style training and work on wendler 5/3/1 or similar strength program. Most AAS will add strength via increased hypertrophy. If you want strength with minimal size it will come from your training style.

Yeah I understand that part but cant really tell to what extent, do you think alot of weight would be gained from the regular Westside Style Accessory work, Im not doing more than 5 sets for any one muscle, and of course using max effort and speed days

Thats very interesting, how long did you run this, and if you did gain a little weight how much are we talking, also what were your strength gains like?

Any of the largely strength based systems should do well at keeping mass gains to a minimum while increasing strength. That being said however, once your CNS becomes efficient at driving the muscle you do have the only way to get stringer is add more muscle. If your not already real lean, you could also try cutting cals quite a bit and doing 2-3 HIIT/ crossfit style workouts a week to burn off some fat.
 
IMO always use test as a base so to avoid any penis issues. Halo and tren solo is not a smart cycle.

Halo is harsh on the liver. Be careful and don't use it that long.

You'll be a grumpy son of a bitch and your liver and kidneys will hate you, but you'll be strong as a motherfucker.
