I would much rather have a "bird chest" then a fat head, zero vascularity, short legs, pot belly, ugly face and Neanderthal mentality deeming myself useless and sucking at life.

try doing it in a 300lb body then come talk to me. i havent been 255 in a few years even when i cut down bigtime. no im not solid but it is fun when people mistaken me for a pro football player. they all think i play for the Jags. even some of my family for some reason. i guess when i played semi-pro the word traveled around the family and switched to pro football and they all know i live in jacksonville.
