Back squats look way better - you're handling the weight well for a heavy triple. Try to have more bounce out of the hole, ala Rippetoe's ways, and I think your sticking point may diminish. ALso, tell the douchebag walking in front of your camera to get back to work!

Pics look good - Chest and shoulders especially. You have wide shoulders and a small waist - congrats.

BTW - my american humor may miss you, but I do not give my children steroids. I do however like to fight when provoked, so pelase leave my log be unless you have something constructive to say. It doesn't have to be praise, but coming in w/ nothing to say but negative things doesn't make friends very quickly - if you remember how all this started it was w/ you posting nonsense in my log...

And my power cleans do suck. But that doesn;t exactly help me get better. I need to be more explosive from my hips and get more air. TOday I will pound these till I bleed or puke or both.

Also - I saw Rippetoe a few weeks ago at a meet in Austin TX - he was lifting in a local meet - pretty cool.

First off the top sets of squats are great - you can really tell your pushing it. I would like to see you do every set but your top set w/out a weight belt. I ended up w/ some inbalance due to wearing a belt to often and am now having to retrace my steps on back squats (did 405x3 in Nov and now 315x5 is a chore)

On the shrugs, I do mine like this http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/OlympicLifts/HangJumpShrug.html ,
but I deweight in the rack. Jumping makes it makes it a more explosive pull w/ loads of carry-over to your clean. You can also handle more load.

Bench setup looks good. Those OHP looked tough - speed coming down shows how fatigued you were. Way to push it.

Yeah lots of pressing on fridays - also problems to push the bar straight! over my head at OH-Presses because of two shoulder disclocations left....

Just checked out the vids.

The bench for is nice and tight and solid, and you've got the elbows tucked perfectly. the ONLY thing I'd suggest there is to plant your feet flat through the floor and stop doing that little tap dance thing with them.

Squats are good and solid. Nice core strength and stability with a heavy double.

Cleans........first, you're sort of laying back and arching the back to catch. You want to "squat under" the bar. This is why learning the power versions is tough. In a full squat clean, you drill in pulling yourself under the bar into a front squat....a "power" clean is catching in the power position, lol, which is a front squat above paralell, typically about a quarter front squat. You aren't pulling the bar to you, you're pulling your body under the bar. You wouldn't front squat with that kind of arch and layback, so don't catch your cleans like that. Just think 'front squat'.

Next, get those elbows higher, and whipe them around.....for emphasis, WHIP them around.

Next, you're pulling with your arms......remember Coach Hatch, "when the elbows bend, the power ends".....you're limiting power by doing this....just think, what are you stronger at? A shrug? or an upright row? A shrug of course.....don't pull with the arms to excelerate the bar, you want to do a jump shrug, at the height of the shrug, relax the elbows (think of the arms as ropes), you'll feel the bar "jump" (keep the bar close to your body of course)...when the bar reaches about the belly button, violently pull your body underneath into the quarter front squat (for the power version of the lift) AS you whip the elbows around as fast as humanly possible.

Cleans are tough, man....you're doing good though, excellent considering you're basically self-taught. I can tell you're explosive by the way you walk around and move in your vids, I bet you're a pretty good athlete, I think these will be a good lift for you....just think about those form points and more speed.

Do you think it would be better to learn the correct form of the Hangclean when I will go completely into the deepth position.... ? These were the first two sessions doing the Hangcleans ever in my life but I was not sure where doing the catch : high or going deep ? Bill Starr noted in his programm that Hangcleans are needed "for more work on your "power"clean form" so I think to do the catch at a high level without going deep (which was obviously a big mistake a the last rep of 75kgs).... these Cleans from Hang are much harder for me than doing Powercleans....

Your words give me lots of motivation, BiggT - already had a new pr at Powercleans last tuesday 87,5kgs x 5 (videos from this weeks workouts will follow asap) and when I understand right, I could handle some kgs more when I make the form more and more to perfect.....

Could you also comment these two other exercises :
The Deadlifts - everytime I have a small arched back - do you think this is a real problem ? I think this is normal at a relativ 'heavy' weight.....
Weighted Dips - am I going to deep - elbows only to 90° ??

Back squats looked good - still don;t like the belt, but do what you gotta do.

Try to leave the floor w/ the jump shrugs - but they look a lot better.

Pressing is nice as always.

On your Push Presses - try to imagine the bar is resting on your chest, and you have to get it off and above your head w/ out using your arms/shoulders...like they are in your pocketsd. THey look like a Overhead press w/ a little leg drive - be more explosive and "throw" the bar off your chest using your legs.

It's funny. I was watching your worksets video, and as you hit that speed bump, on the way up, I was holding my breath & pushing, trying to help it up. :lmao:
I've never looked at cleans, or even seen them done, but i'm very impressed. Doesn't that hurt your elbows, dropping the weight back down like that?
 
I would stop doing cleans with progressing weight. you are one strong dude and even with
your lack of proper form you can move rather big weights which puts you at
higher risk for some serious back/knee injury. I would suggest substituting the
cleans with rows and adding power cleans for 6 triples with rather light
(~70kg) at the beginning of your workout. since it is rather easy it wont
interfere with your other lifts.

when you catch the clean (you need to get your ellbows up higher by the way) try to
drop into a full front squat immediately. If your body position is about
right you will be able to do so without any positional changes. Thus your racking
position would improve quite a bit.

I got this advice from Glenn the first time he looked at my power cleans...

Right I think the triple of 90kgs is actual my limit.... don't want to increase the weight.... unfortunately also cannot throw the bar to the ground after finish the catch because there is no oly-platform...

so you mean workout beginning with GP-Rows (5x5?) and afterwards Powercleans (6x3) ? What about Highpulls which are follow actually the cleans in my programme..... ?

yeeeaaahh - maybe you could help me in the gym.... there's no one who shout at me for motivation :velvett:

no hurting doing the cleans but tuesday last week trying 4x3 with straight 90kgs - on 4th I missed the catch at 2nd rep and the bar fell on my thigh because I want to avoid
some holes on the ground.... it is 10days ago and I still have a fat black-blue-green coloured bruise on my tight :p

last 2 reps on the jumps shrugs were WAY better than the first few. Try to JUMP ...really jump, leave the ground brotha....
