You mean with no change in volume of his voice? I think Kerry's plan is to bore people to death when he speaks, and hopes their heads will hit the "Kerry lever" in the booths.

The fact is that the Vice President is 10x more impressive than the President. The ticket is backwards.

Give W credit for picking Cheney, and getting him to come out of his comfortable retirement to help. No one even had Cheney on thier short list because he brought now electoral votes.

Bush said then he picked Cheney for one reason: to help him run a successful presidency. He is the COO and Bush the CEO.
