I'd actually have to say "Back to the Future" because all three were equally good movies, other trilogies may have had better individual movies but in most alteast one movie falls below the standard of the rest.
In "Back to the Future" they all flow well together, but there isn't the usual boring repetative lines just for the sake of it, also none of the trilogy appear to be just "the Quest for More Money" type followups.
