bullish said:During the week i go early so i can eat all day afterwards... Weekends are usually before my second job..... I never thought i could hit the gym in the morning but it is soo much easier waking up for the gym then waking up for work....

- but my bro came yesterday at night to check up on the house n do his laundry and he took me since i was dying to go at like 9:30 PM...let me tell you..never again...it was crowded as hell...i bumped into like literally 7-8 different people on accident because i was so used to it being mostly empty at 9:30 AM - and i wanted to try elliptical instead of my average treadmill cardio after my lifting but EVERY machine was being used...(there are like 30 elliptical machines)
