My experience is ALA from BAC burned like hell if let desolve in your mouth, no bad taste though. R-ALA from AF still burns but not nearly as much and if I remember correctly it was said that R-ALA was suppose to burn less because it was purer.

no prob with this one we were VERY carfull with

200 mgs can be consumed with no interference, in this case


the whole product is sour tasting like tart so juice not only aids in absorption, but makes it tatse fine
