Now, I've always been a proponant of heavy weights build muscles, but in my current situation, and if you've been following you know what I'm talkin about, that's not possible right now....
So, I've scrounged up 65 lb DBs a BB and about 120 lbs
, now OBVIOUSLY that's not gonna cut it for just about ANY excercise, so my Q is, could I substitute high volume, 10X10's and still make progress as far as building mass?
BTW, I'm 10 days into my cycle
