Vitargo or Oats

I am using vitargo in my pwo shake to due the speed your body absorbs it.

My question is during the day, if I want to increase my carb in take should I use vitargo or oats?

Vitargo is suger free but its absorption is very fast or oats which i low gi.
 
I always suggest something with lower GI to my clients, unless you're doing a post-workout shakes. Oats are some of the best.
