Vitamins

If you guys could take the time to answer this that would be great. I am curious what everyones daily vitamin regimen consists of.

What vitamins/minerals do you take a day on a steady basis? what dosage do you take?
 
I take Optimen's multi Vitamins. I take 3 a day along with an exta 1000mg Vitamin C pill. I also take about 3-4 zinc 20mg lozenges through out the day
 
Collagen - 5-10g daily at bedtime (great for joints)
Vitamin C - 1g daily (500mg morning/night)
Vitamin E - 800iu daily (400iu morning/night)
ZMA - 1 dosage at night
L-Arginine - 5g post workout
Synephrine - Preworkout
Saw Palmetto - 320-640mg (1/2 morning/night)
Collagen - 5-10g daily at bedtime (great for joints)

These are just a few, I take others as well but I dont have time to type em all out right now
 
On Cycle:

Glutamine 20 mgs a day ( 10 post workout)
ALA 2 grams per day
Saw Palmetto 1600 mgs per day
Zinc Gluconate 60 mgs per day
Tribulus 2250 mgs per day
Horny Goat Weed 1000 mgs per day
Vitamin C 500 mgs per day

I get all the vitamins and minerals I need from the large amounts of whole foods, MRPS, and Whey Protein I consume everyday.
 
right now i take:
2 multi vitamin shoppe multi's
1-2 300mg ala caps with a meal containing carbs
glucosamine
vitamin c with any 3 meals
vitamin e with any 2
vitex 1 with each meal, probably going to up it
glutamine 5 gs before workout 5 mgs after
creatine 6 gs before 6 after
