I skimmed the post (sorry, I have a very short attention span) and it seems that you just broke out the ingredients that are found in the above listed products. Correct?
I tried to sort this out for myself and just ended up going all crosseyed...
I am taking Tyers Liver Detox am/pm as I have been taking tylenol along with my Ox because of my knees and Ulter says the Tylers is just good stuff anyway.

Anyway - wht vit and mins do I need to worry about getting too much of - looks like the additional may not hurt but I am a little confused...
buy a juicer and a shitload of veggies, then cut down on the vit/min. Oh, and buy quality supps w/o a bunch of fillers and crap. I like to get most of my vit/min through good diet, seems to work.
