Is the injectable vitamin b12 worth it? Its a cheap supplement i may buy it. If anyone has any extra info on it opinions, doses please let me know.

I like it. I notice increased energy, recovery, better appetite,,and just a general sense of feeling good.

Only taken sublingual b-12 2..2500mg in morning and another 2, 2500 mgs at night...noticed nothing..if shots are better please let me know. Cause I hear good things about b-12 but never felt anythingany pointers would be great

I did the injectible for a bit, I noticed more energy
I couldnt honestly tell you how much a week I was doing tho...I dont remember..was like 3 yrs ago
