is there anything that works even better? My sinuses are all congested and draining (I know, that's very attractive sounding). I've tried those squirt nasal decongestants, but they're only good for like 5 uses, which is fucking rediculous. Any OTC stuff that will clear my head right up? It's not a cold, like sore throat, but all nose/sinus congestion.

I never have any luck with OTC congestion remedies..... too many side effects for me....

But, for sleeping, the Breathe Right strips are awesome!! No side effects & they open your nose right up...
