Since the drug testing was a condition of his bond he should have been wary. Simple logic suffices here.

Everyone who pleads guilty to a crime is NOT drug tested.

Hell you can get a DUI and not have to deal with drug tests during probation
That only happens after multiple offenses

I bet Roger Goodell is going to even more pissed now. That dude isn't afraid to drop the hammer on anybody. He must be thinking, "How can I make sure he never plays in the NFL again?"

He isn't charged with crimes associated with drugs possession or driving under the influence so the drug testing has nothing to do with the crime

If I just lost some 20-50 million dollars over stupidity , I would want a hit too...

The drug tests are just invasions into his privacy since he is a "celebrity" (or used to be). Everyone who pleads guilty to a crime isn't drug tested.
