Any thoughts, I lift my big compound lifts in socks, squats, deadlifts even bench just feels better and more stable, so I'm thinking of picking up some Vibrams.
also some Fat grips to help my forearm strength go up.. for those excellent jerk sessions when I want to jerk it raw.. naw mean...
any opinions would be great.. I see a ton of awesome reviews on both..
