Veteran Help NEEDED With my First Cycle!!

Hello brothers. I am starting my first cycle in 4 weeks and would very much appreciate all the assistance you guys can give me. I have been researching this and a couple other forums for several months now, learning as much as possible about aas. My main goal is to add lean mass obviously. I want to gain and keep 35-50lbs. I have been training my ass off for the past 10 months, and I absolutely hit a wall.
I am 6'6"
30yo
220 lbs. at 7%BF

I eat 7 oz chicken breast 6X a day with as much veggies as possible.
2scoops iso protein before and after workout, creatine (muscle pharm) an hour before workout. I also use NO Explode before workouts. I also take universal animal packs 2X a day.

I workout every other day with abs on my off days.
Day 1
*Bench press
*Incline dumbell press
*Weighted pull-up
*Barbell curl
*Seated rows
*Dumb bell curls

Day 2
*squat
*Glute-ham raise(regular 5x5 style)
*Calf raise
*Turkish get-up2x5 (regular rep style)
*Military press
*Barbell high pulls
*Arnold press

Day 3
*Incline Bench Press
*Weighted Pull-up
*Barbell curl
*Dips
*Tricep extension
*Power clean and Snatch

Day 4
*Deadlift
*Single leg Squat
*Seated calf raise
*Dumbbell windmill2x5 (regular rep style) With Kettlebell.
*Dumb Bell front raise
*Dumb Bell lateral raise
*Dumb bell shrugs
*Barbell shrugs

Abs Day 1&3
*Decline crunches weighted 4X30
*Straight leg front raises 4X20
*Hanging knee side crunch 3X30 seconds
*Weighted side bends

Abs Day 2&4
*Oblique crunches (on floor) 3X30
*Planked knee raises(right knee to left peck&left knee tonight peck)3X30sec
*Renegade row(planked dumbbell row)3X30seconds
*Decline bench crunches weighted

On my main lifts I do 5x5's (bench, squats, dreads...)

What cycle would most benefit me along with pct? Veteran assistance is VERY MUCH appreciated!!! Also feel free to pick apart my diet and workout!
 
Allright I get to be the first one to take a stab at this......First off gaining 35-50 pounds is a very very very high number that cannot be accomplished in one cycle alone. ( With many cycles and proper recovery yes it can be). If you gain 50 pounds on one cycle it will not look pretty. Shoot for a more reasonable goal say 20 pounds. This is actually a more realistic answer because you will be on for 12-14 weeks and that eqautes to about 1 pound of lean mass gained per week which is a lot!!!!!!!! and those are the numbers we are going to want you to keep.

Next for training......you can keep the every other day split but do not do your abs more than once a week. You will need your core strength for your bigger lifts.....it helps out in the long run when lifting heavier weights. Still train abs but train them how you would train any other muscle group....once a week to failure with increasing resistance.

Next is diet. You did not mention anything about carbs....you will need these to put on weight. I suggest lots of sweet potatos, brown rice and oatmeal along with fruits and plenty of healthy fats....you should be aiming for 6 to 7 solid meals a day....not including your protein drinks.

Another spot on your training......Train each muscle group only once a week. I would rather see you in a split like this.

Monday Shoulders Triceps
Tuesday Back
Wednesday Stretching, foam roller
Thursday Chest Biceps
Friday Quads and Hams
Saturday Abs, Calves

This kind of split will make you put on the meat so to say. Tried and true to many out there.

Next is the most interesting part which is your cycle:
Since this is your first cycle You need only to do a light Test cycle and 1 oral only: Most people say just test but going just test and one oral is acceptable too.

Here is the layout:

Week 1-12 Test Cyp 400mg
Week 9-14 Anavar 40mg ed

For estrogen you can either do adex at .5mg eod or aromasin 12.5mg eod or e3d depending on estrogen related sides. ( Use accordingly)

HCG dosing schedule
Week 1-4 Hcgenerate
Week 5-8 HCG 500-750ius ( Split in 250-500 iu shots)
Week 9-12 HCgenerate
Week 12-14 HCG (500-1000 ius ) Split in 250 to 500 ius. Dose every 3 days and monitor response. Can even do 500 ius ed to 1000ius eod. Just make sure they are plump before you start pct. Stop HCG 5 days prior to PCT.

Now wait 4 weeks after your PCT and go get blood work done. This is one of the most important parts of cycling!!!!! Do not blow it off.

With a cycle like this you will get tremendous gains. Wait till next fall and run another cycle :)

you have a nice base so I applaud you for waiting to juice ...

as far as a cycle I like what texas monster put together for you. stack 2 things only for a first cycle. have all ancillaries he listed on hand and you should be very pleased.

something like dbol/test or var/test is a sensible first cycle.

don't get caught up with how much weight you put on, that is a classic newb thing and i understand it cause you have no experience with AAS so you want to dream up a goal. its more important to put on 3 pounds of solid muscle mass per cycle and take 2 steps forward and 1 back than put on 15 pounds of water and look like the goodyear blimp

Keep it simple. A little test and maybe some var for 4-6 weeks. See how you react.
 
Bro 50 lbs on 1 cycle is never going to happen. Unless you have invented a new super steroid that Im unaware of. I think 20 lbs from a first cycle is a very good goal and realistic. The cycle laid out by texas is solid.

Said been training his ass off for last 10 months implying has upped it maybe in preparation for cycle but assume been training longer than that..

At 6 6 might come close to 30 lbs on a cycle inlcuding some fat & water gain.
