I posted this under another thread, however its on page 9 and I was afraid it wouldnt get too many looks so I decided to make a seperate thread. I apologize in advance for the spam.
Now, with the disclaimer taken care of...
Im currently doing my first stacked cycle ever. I have done 3 cycles previously, all with test only and have for the most part enjoyed the results. This time around, Im doing a deca/test stack on a 6 week run (i hope thats not too short...) in hope that I will pack on some decent mass.
My specs:
Male, 27 years old
I played 4 years of college football and am by no means a stranger to the gym.
Im 6 2, 190 pounds
6.2% bodyfat
I eat 3 meals a day (3-egg Bacon & Sausage & Cheese omlett for breakfast, a 6-inch sub from subway for lunch, and whatever my wife wants to eat for dinner which is usually fast food...)
I workout 4 times per week.
Im mid-week 2 on this 6 week run, and here is the schedule I am following
Week 1
1.0cc's of test/with 500mgs of deca
Week 2
1.5cc's of test/with 500mgs of deca
Week 3
1.5cc's of test/with 500mgs of deca
Week 4
2.0cc's of test/with 500mgs of deca
Week 5
2.5cc's of test/with 500mgs of deca
Week 6
1.5cc's of test/with 500mgs of deca
Like I said, I have only done 3 cycles previous to this one, so I am by all means an amatuer when it comes to the steroid department. I dont know too much about what I am doing, I just try not to do anything really stupid and put myself at unneccessary risk.
What are your opinions on this cycle overall? And what suggestions do you have for me to maximize my gains?
